Before collection
Share the venue's loading-bay instructions, accreditation, parking restrictions and on-site contact. Distinguish arrival at the venue from equipment being ready to use. Returns are separate movements with their own release time, loading arrangements and quote.

Yes, by confirmed arrangement with the venue and person releasing the goods.

Handling requirements must be described and agreed in the quote.
